High-rise residential tower with integrated commercial space at the base. Focus on affordable housing, market-rate condos, and specialized veteran's services. Ground-floor detox facility and support services for veterans, operated by Vets Recover.

Interactive Museum of Atlanta
The Interactive Museum of Atlanta is a 21st century attraction that offers cultural experiences through using tomorrow’s technology today. The IMA will present science, history, art, and the world around us in inspiring new ways. It will be located steps away from Centennial Olympic Park and some of Atlanta’s most well-known attractions.
